Return Policy
At Peacock Plume we take pride in the products we sell. We also consider you our most important asset. With this is mind, our top priority is that you are completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the packaging with tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
Please note: Items on sale are not eligible for return, all sales final.
RETURNS
To return any item eligible for return, simply fill out the returns form attached to the packing slip enclosed with your order and follow the instructions below:
- Make sure to include the original packing slip / returns form. Without it, we cannot process your return.
- We must receive your return package within 30 days of the initial ship date. Returns received after 30 days will not be refunded.
- Returns received in worn condition and / or without tags attached will not be refunded.
- Shoes returned with any damage to the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Therefore, please place your shoes in their original box inside of a larger box before sending them back to us.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping is non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business and the unique items we carry, exchanges are subject to availability. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Please email us at exchanges@peacockplume.com and tell us which item and size you would like to exchange your original purchase with and we will check our stock and let you know if the exchange is possible. If you receive notice from us that it is not possible, please follow the returns procedure above. If we do have the item requested in stock, please return the item and we will happily ship you the exchange, free of charge, once we receive the original item from you.
